This deserves a separate post instead of just editing a previous one. This is a selection of the hits I've gotten this month to date on the Project Blue Rose website.

(P.S.: This is not an invitation to try to game my stats by finding strange search terms - I use the stats to see how people are finding the site so I can figure out how to sell them stuff, and that muddies the info I get. And to make up for destroying your fun, I'll say the strangest search phrase for magatsu.net this month so far is "keyong exercise for the pennis.")

Ah, got it! I just knew you'd mentioned the Bleach pic somewhere in your artist alley guide, and thought the search might have been coughing up a weird result based on image keywords or something. XD

I'm sorry for the person seeking black men kissing men, since everyone else at least sort of found what they were looking for.

BTW, as it's vaguely relevant to your story in HT, what's currently in the news (http://pd.dfw.com/sp?skin=&aff=1100&keywords=rainbow+lounge&submit=Go) in Fort Worth is a raid the police made on a local gay bar, wherein they got freaked out at all the gay people and used excessive force - one man has a serious head injury - and claimed it was because the bar patrons were fondling them and making lascivious gestures at them.

Because that's what you do in a gay bar in a conservative town that's being raided by TABC and police officers.

Yeah, right.

It vaguely reminds me of the anti-gay (white) politician who went into a men's room and requested a blow job from the (black) undercover cop who was there to watch for drug dealing. The cop arrested him, and the politician claimed that he had been afraid the cop would mug him (I assume due to the cop being black, which perhaps he thought would make the story be racistly plausible) and so had to offer him a blow job to get himself off the hook.

Oh, and I get the query about black men kissing men all the time, so that person is not giving up hope!

That really makes me want to write black men kissing men. Just for them!

There are worse motivations! (If you ever sell something with that, I can put a note on the website: "For those you find this site by searching for 'black men kissing men,': you are finally in luck!")

mmm there was a news thing a while back ( I don't remember HOW long ago) about some guy trying to rob a hair salon/assault a stylist and getting tied up in the back room and um.. well... turned into a bondage boy by the chick who owned the place. He was sueing HER for rape and hospital bills (apparently she used him till he actually had injuries to his uh... manhood), while her defense was he got what he deserved. I don't remember how the outcome of that case went, I just remember being wide eyed that this was a real case.

You know I vaguely recall hearing about that.

There are some things for which my only response can be "I guess it takes all kinds to make a world..."
