And here he is helping me with a bit of internet research on arthritis.




And here he is helping me with selecting which book to read first. He worked long and hard at this, as the next few shots will show you.




Petshop of Horrors: Tokyo 4 has been rejected.




He's not sure about Oishinbo: Ramen & Gyoza, and is working on the anthology Federations (featuring a short story by our very own yhlee!)




But he finally decided on Oishinbo: Ramen & Gyoza, so I think I shall take his advice and retire with it.

They're so cute right up to the point where the wind blows and the blinds rattle and they get spooked and take the shortest distance away from the window, which happens to be RIGHT ACROSS YOUR FACE, leaving a perfectly paw-sized ring of puncture marks on your forehead. Ow.

Luckily it's only Sora that spooks easily. I couldn't take two cats doing that.

I am so glad that the lizard doesn't have claws. It's bad enough that she considers it fair game to leap onto parents who foolishly are lying down on the floor. This was cute when she was tiny but she's, um, no longer that tiny and it seriously hurts!

I also discovered a manga called Yokai Doctor, and as I am in a mad frenzy of buying anything that features yokai, it came home without me even really looking at it. XD

Every so often, especially in the dark, I can't quite tell them apart, but as Nefer is very fat fluffy, it's usually resolved quickly. XD
