The Smart Bitches have an mp3 of Alan Rickman reading Sonnet 130, 'My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun.'

I could die happy if Alan Rickman and James Earl Jones were just reading the telephone book to me.

OHGODYESEARGASM. That's from the same album that had Rufus Wainwright singing "When, in disgrace with fortune and men's eyes." And two of the Fiennes. And I'll be in my bunk.

I mourn that Alan Rickman has not done more voiceover work, except for that Swedish(?) movie I have not seemed named Help! I'm A Fish! or...whatever it is.

Here, have him singing Sun Ain't Gonna Shine from Truly Madly Deeply.

I am at the Ref Desk and thus my response to hearing his voice would be inappropriate, so I shall have to download that later tonight.

Allow me to brag, however, that I have seen Alan Rickman acting LIVE IN THE WEST END in Private Lives. Alan Rickman was BORN TO PLAY NOEL COWARD. And I was in the first row in the balcony, in a small theatre, so I could easily ignore the audience and it was like he was ACTING JUST FOR ME.

I saw Dame Judi Dench in The Royal Family on the same trip, and she was the best part of the production, which was otherwise forgettable.

Heheh... I know the feeling. I'd add a couple of voice actors to your list - Cam Clarke, Crispin Freeman (in his lower range), and Jason Douglas (using his British accent from Chrono Crusade)
