There seems to be a thief loose in the house...

...as not only have I found the linen closet door open, but last night the missing nail clippers that I'd replaced turned up in my bed, and after this morning's nap, I staggered out to the living room to find both the drawer that holds random electronic stuff and the drawer that holds random cat stuff open, and a packet of catnip on the floor over near the balcony door.

I think my thief may have a very short attention span.

LOL The first time my catsitter minded the cats for me after I moved into my house, asked me if it was haunted - she kept finding the cupboards and even closet doors open, but she knew that I was out of town and she had the only spare key.

She was kind of relieved when I told her that Addy, when bored, amuses himself looking through the cupboards and closets. XD

XD I don't think I could ever assume my apartment was haunted with cats. Things moved to strange places? Cat. Strange sound in other room? Cat. Doors open? Cat. Furtive movement out of the corner of my eye that's not there when I turn my head? Cat.

Ah, but see - she's got cats, has had them for years, and none of hers ever knew how to open cupboards and closet doors. So I don't think it occurred to her that it was either of my cats - especially since Addy didn't do it back in my old apartment. It's a trick he's learned since we moved to the house.

That's okay, my criminal murdered George the Bear again and all the magnets are off the refrigerator. Usually, he leaves plastic forks in my bed. Go figure.

What Soren did was get the nip, get a buzz and then stagger off to sleep off his high.

Hee! Sora did, in fact, sleep all afternoon long, and currently keeps attempting to climb into my arms and fall asleep while I'm trying to type. :D
