As I said to another coworker, that's not good design gone wrong, it's just plain wrong.
That's...wow. I was pointed to something like that earlier this week, but either it wasn't quite as explicit, or I was just in some kind of mental haze, because I couldn't figure out what the fuss was about. But this one, well, yeah.

...Oh my God. How could the designer not have realized what that looks like?! Maybe it's all a big joke and the designer is secretly laughing at everyone who buys one...
