Aargh, I want to do some drawing* but have absolutely no idea what to draw.
* What I really want to do is make kanzashi, but I have learned from hard experience I can't do that while Sora is up and active, like he is in the evening. I have to wait for the afternoon, when he's napping, so it'll be Sunday before I can work on them.

I have TONS of fabric scraps from several years of sewing projects that I would be happy to share with you. I was originally saving them for a crazy quilt, but I have WAY more than I need for it.

So far I've used cottons, and vintage kimono scraps, which are silk and silk blends. I'm open to trying any sort of fabric, although the easier it is to hold a crease, the easier it is to work with, and the smaller kanzashi especially are hard to do with thicker fabrics, as it wants to be flat while I'm trying to glue it down folded. XD
I starch the hell out of it and iron it to make the squares of fabric sort of crisp, so anything that can hold up to that is useful.
It doesn't take much - the petals are made from squares ranging from 3/4" - 2" depending on what size the final one is, and I use between six and ... well, if I were doing a big chrysanthemum, I could probably have up to fifty petals in it. XD So the minimum size would be about 2" x 3" - if it were cut PERFECTLTY straight XD - on up.
Although, as I save extra squares that I didn't use and will eventually make mismatched-petal kanzashi, even smaller scraps could be used. :)
Thanks!
