Hairclip or pin back?





The color is MUCH MORE pink, and MUCH LESS orange. It's only 1.5" wide, and the weave is not as prominent as it looks here - the light exaggerates that. But I can't decide if it'd be better as a hair thing or a pin. I've got the backs for both.

It is very pretty and reminds me of some costume jewelry my great grandmother had. That makes me think it should be a pin.

I think it might skate close to old-lady style as a brooch. It would look great pinned in hair! Just a little sparkle.

I say pin. I could easily see it on the lapel of a nice suit jacket or on a blue or green cardigan.
