Well, after getting annoyed that for some reason my anti-hotlinking script wasn't working on a Youtube profile that was hotlinking the ubiquitous Renji pic, I revamped my .htaccess file and now it automagically blocks anyone unless the URL is on an allowed list (which includes LJ, DA, and several other journaling sites).

So you may now revel in the gloriousness that is Kenpachi-chan on the Youtube profile.

Are you just using site stats to locate hot linked images? I have hotlinking turned off for some of my sites so I have never bothered checking on it before.

Yup! Going through the referer reports and anything that seems hinky, like Youtube and Gaia links, I check out. XD Sometimes they're just linking to quizzes, but sometimes I hit paydirt. :D
