How the hell was he planning on carrying that much cash anyway? 3,600,000,000 $100 bills (the highest in current circulation) would weigh 7,929,515 lbs (roughly) which would require a couple of tractor trailers to haul off.

Besides, who the hell has $360 billion to throw around? Even the government thinks twice about writing a check that big.
