Just to show you something my cat lets me do. It may freak you out a bit, but she wasn't harmed and in fact is still sitting next to me, purring. XD

I don't remember when I first did it. I've done it several times in a row, too - she just gets kind of surprised that her tongue isn't moving, and when I let it go, goes right back to licking me. XD

Another fun trick is to catch them yawning, then quickly insert finger between jaws. The look of surprise when they bite down on one's finger is hilarious...

I've done that with my dog many times. She insists on hanging it out of her mouth sideways, so it's both easy and irresistible.
