Lots of linkblogging today, because I took today off for working Saturday, woke up with a headache, and have been spending a lot of time sitting on the sofa with the laptop reading LJ while alternately drinking tea (for caffeine, withdrawal from which can be a migraine trigger), drinking water (dehydration also), and eating Corn Pops for breakfast (hunger also). Plus Advil. WHich seems to ahve reduced the pain considerably, so YAY it's NOT a migraine! :D

Yeah, but after a morning subsisting on mostly caffeine, water, and refined carbs, you'll be lucky if you don't end up with yet another variety of headache ... go eat yourself some protein, heftier carbs, and fruit/veg, young lady!
(Did you at least have milk or soymilk on your sugar bombs?)

No milk: that whole lactose-intolerant thing, plus I can't stand the taste of it. (I do take calcium pills!) I'm going to figure out something to avoid wheat today, as I think it might be a migraine trigger, and to avoid aged cheeses - I had chalupas last night - as for some people they're a well-known migraine trigger, and You Never Know.
ETA: I need an icon like that, too. XD
