A wee bit over 1900 words, now, and one of the remaining sections down.
Ideally I'd get this thing DONE tonight so I can send it out to the person who's graciously agreed to beta, and get it rewritten and/or polished in the next couple of weeks, so it will be OVER and DONE WITH and I can pretend to forget about it until Christmas.
