Is there anyone online tonight that has a photo of a really stunningly elaborate cosplay costume that will impress even people who have never seen cosplay before?

And does anyone have photos of cosplay chess I could use?

One of my friends is rather amazing at cosplay, if you want to poke at that section of her site (http://sarcasm-hime.net/finishedcosplay.html). (My personal favorite is her pair of Morpheus (Sandman) costumes (http://sarcasm-hime.net/morpheuscosplay.html). Photos are at the very bottom.)

I don't know if you'd call it cosplay, but a buddy of mine found a DA pic of some girl that recreated Kaylee's poofy dress from Firefly, just by eyeballing it. I can dig that up if you're interested.

It's for a presentation on manga, so I think it's a little far out of the topic, but thanks. :)

Is it too late? I have pictures of *all* the cosplay entrants from animefest this year. There's a few really nice ones. I can dig them up anytime today to send your way if you need. I'll also be at WC's place this afternoon and he should have archives of the past several years.
