You can request a $30 gift certificate payable to Donors Choose from SixApart by 5 PM Pacific time on Monday, October 1. Donors Choose is a non-profit website where you search through proposed classroom projects and donate to them as you choose. I've donated using it before, and I believe puppleball has used the site for funding a classroom project.

I'm confused...you give SixApart the $30? Or is it a freebie? Because it sounds freebie but I'm trying to wrap my head around that. @_@

No, SixApart gives DonorsChoose the $30. The gift certificate means you get to pick which projects it goes to. :)

It's free! They pay for the gift certificates, and you just request one and pick out the program you want to donate to.

You can split it up and donate part to one and part to another, from what I understand. :D
