Fine. Since you yahoos all prefer my polls to just trying to guess the answer to a completley wide-open question, I've made it into a poll. :P

Note that these are all movies I've seen multiple times. Several of them are comfort movies in the way that Pratchett is a comfort read - I can jump into them at any point whatsoever, watch for a while, and leave, or I can rewatch the whole thing. But only one of them is my current favorite movie of all time. I gave you tickyboxes instead of radio buttons so you can try a few choices. No fair ticking all of them! XD

(I mostly want to see if the answer surprises anyone. I *did* leave a vague clue in the comments on one of my Sunday or Monday posts, if you're desperate enough to look for it, although I can't imagine why you'd take this that seriously. There may be another vague clue in this post if you look hard enough, but it does require you be familiar with the work in question. XD)

ETA: And I did mistype the title of The Man from Snowy River down there. I think I was thinking of the mountain brumbies when I was typing. XD

[Poll #1031147]

XD I dunno if I'll try filling this poll... but had to comment since you have Ferris Bueller's Day Off listed~ lol I love that movie!

I encountered it the best way possible - a friend phoned me and said "Have you ever heard of Ferris Bueller's Day Off?" And after I said no, she said there was a sneak preview happening at the mall and did I want to go. Having nothing better to do that evening, I said sure. So I went in having no fucking clue what the movie was about. XD And they were giving away posters and buttons, so I ended up with two posters and a couple of buttons. Long since thrown away by my mother, of course. :D

Second guess

Second guess at the $10 gift certificate: Me and My Brothers manga for the preview of Fruits Basket 17 in the back, unable to wait until August 5th!

You have many friends with volient tendancies....

Melee combat, swashbuckling and body paint, and boot knife as the most poplular answers makes you wonder about our sanity. ;)
