What I hate most about the Amazon Marketplace is that when you're buying used books, there's no way to combine orders from the same seller to save money on shipping. Luckily, most of them also list books on alibris.com and abebooks.com, so I just bought volumes 11-19 of Samurai Deeper Kyo for $49 (including shipping). Would have been $68 via Amazon Marketplace - from the same seller.

bookmooch.com and paperbackswap.com are also great sites for finding books, although in these cases you need to list books and mail them off in order to get credits to get books in return. :D

I like alibris.com and abebooks.com (although I keep somehow forgetting my account PW for abebooks ... ) for used stuff. I especially like what good condition the books are in and how beautifully the books are usually wrapped - you don't get loving care like that from a big establishment.
More Kyo! >happy bounce< You'll be deep into the current (English release) arc once you've read those.

Well, so I won't tease you about further SDK ... in any case, several others are ready to discuss SDK 23, so that should give me my fix!
I guess I'll order HP 7 - I need to hit Amazon anyway because the Young Lady needs Saroyan's The Human Comedy for summer reading, and Borders was out of it when we went. [New paperbacks work best for her because (a) she's hard on them and (b) she has too many heavy textbooks and notebooks as it is.] I stopped being enthused about HP fairly early - I read them but don't flip for them.
(And I can order some more Blade of the Immortal! Borders has only the most recent ones.)

I missed all the Fullmetal Alchemist discussion because I watched the series a year after most others on my f-list - some said they're still willing to talk about it, but it's not going to be fresh in their memories, and the emotions it produced in the viewers aren't driving them any more, so it's not the same.
(more BotI is always good!)

I know exactly what you mean! I started SDK last fall - which turned out to be just after the series ended in Japan. And there are scanlations etc. for the later Japanese volumes, which means that the most ardent fans already know what the finale is. But fortunately there are several others as nutty about the series as I am, who are willing to talk about it even so. (Yes, I know how the series ends ... but I'm not sayin' anything.)
Now you know why I am so happy whenever a new person starts SDK ... .
