You know what, I think this generator would be way more popular if it was one of those "enter your username, and we'll describe your weapon!"-type deals.

If you don't mind getting a new weapon every time you reload, that's easy enough to do. If you want it tied to the name, so it shows up the same every time like the Wu-Tang Name generator, I'd have to redo all the little random bits to use a seed derived from the name. Can be done, just tedious.

If someone could make me little pictures of zanpakuto that go with all the weapons, I could make it a blog meme. :D Admittedly I don't know how much bandwith that would use, since I don't know how popular it could be, so I'm leery of hosting images... but it could still be a text-only blog meme.
