This would be why I'm staying late at work today...

The pink-ish line I drew in is my commute home. (well, actually it starts a bit over to the left - I drw it on top of I-35 for some inexplicable reason, but I'm really on University Drive a couple of miles to the west, but parallel to I-35).

We just had a strong downpour but has eased up a bit to a light rain. Still pretty cloudy here though. I think my work is near Useless errr...I mean Euless.

I'm still hearing thunder rumbles here, but they're getting farther away and it's getting slightly lighter outside. I'm mostly concerned about the highway, since I got stuck in bad downpours twice last week. :P

I found a torrent for the majority of the eps. I dl'ed half of them, still need to find time and snag the rest. The only thing that bugs me is that they mp4 format.

Wow. I don't even think I have ever seen that deep of a purple on the radar maps. Glad to hear it sounds like things are passing.

We've been getting it regularly these past few weeks - lots of heavy storms. :P

Owwww .... . The firewall drop-kicked your pic, but I just looked at the weather.gov report for Ft. Worth - that little trapezoid highlighting the "flash flood" area doesn't look very welcoming. And I can see that I-35 runs right into it.

My sympathies ... you're probably getting the rain we didn't get in June.

I'm actually on I-30 - riiight along the bottom of the trapezoid there. :D I did manage to get home in between storms, though. It's rained ehre every day in the past four weeks, I think. That or close to.

Yup! *twitch* *twitch* *twitch*

Never did I think I'd see the day when I was actually hoping for normal Texas summer weather.

We haven't had a single bad storm yet, here in central Missouri. It's very weird. We must have sent them all down to Texas. XD

You can have them back!
