20 min., 3.3 mi. Total: 400.4 mi. Return to the Road.

I can tell I haven't been doing this on a regular basis for three weeks: 20 min was much harder than it had been. :)

so you do about 20 mins a day? do you do weekends as well? i can never decide if i should do 20 or 40 mins, ya know?

The idea is to do at least 20 minutes a day, every day. In practice, it ends up being about 6 days a week, and some days I do more, 30 or 40 minutes total, especially if I forgot to bike the day before. :)

If I skip days, the more I skip, the easier it is to skip again, so I try not to do that.

yeah i started a week before last, then skipped, so i'm forcing myself back on. if 20 mins works well i'll force myself do it 7 days. haha.

i base it by episodes of anime. i'm such a tool.

20 minutes is almost exactly 1 episode of Slayers, minus the commercials. XD

40 minutes is almost 1 episode of Mythbusters, minus commercials. It's really 45 minutes long.

hhahhah TELEVISION IS THE PERFECT TIMMER.

itsreally the only time i'll watch tv, so i guess, i'll make it count. (i watched like a random ep of fruits basket today, ahah)

I feel horribly guilty about not doing anything else when I'm watching television, so the bike works perfectly for that. And sometimes I'll stay on the bike for 40 minutes because I got involved in watching something and didn't want to stop. XD
