yeesh...

I've been on a weight-loss plateau for the past three weeks or so, but I have to keep in mind that it's partly due to muscle gain, because I've been slowly but steadily losing inches (Calorie King has places where you can record various measurements each week). And it's not all due to pulling the measuring tape progressively tighter each week. XD

w00t! That's really good to hear!
I think I may check out Calorie King instead of Fit Day. I'm bored with my usual stuff.

CK has enough toys to play with that I'm not bored yet, and no ads. I'm pretty happy with it.

I obsessively read the forums, but I don't post there because there's enough stupid people, like all internet communities, that I'd start flaming people if I started posting. XD

It seems like I have been stuck at my current weight forever as well. Though it has probably only been a week or two. Maybe I should start taking measurements as well.

I recommend it, although you have to have about a month's worth of weekly measurements before you can see any real change, because of the impossibility of getting the measuring tape at the right spot every time and because your body is squishy so you're never quite sure if you're pulling the tape tighter this week than you were last week. XD

Exactly. so I think it might just be more depressing. I don't even know what to measure. I would assume waist, hips, and thighs, but I know when my mom was going to the diet place they measured her knees.

CK has you measure chest, waist, hips, and thighs. The chest measurement is the hardest, especially since it differs on whether I'm wearing a bra or a shirt or not. XD

Lol. Yeah that can make a big difference sometimes. We actually do have a tape measure in the house, but I think I lack the coordination to do that everyday. Well that and the minute I see tape measures I feel like I have to suck in my gut.
