XD This week, I've been having good, light lunches and after I exercise, I've got, like, 1100 calories left. And unless I basically spoon up lard and chase it with sugar water*, it's really hard to get 1100 calories in at one sitting, especially since exercise tends to decrease my appetite a bit. My normal method of eating is really 4 or 5 smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 larger ones.
* Which is exactly what I plan on doing at lunch today, at Schlotzsky's. XD
