I'm not positive, but I believe an inhaler isn't systemic use--it definitely isn't oral or intravenous. I remember learning about this when I started taking inhaled steroids (I also take inhaled albuterol): the effects of systemic steroids (taken as a pill) were nasty nasty; but when I take them through an inhaler, they're delivered only to the lungs, and not (mostly) the whole body--and the effects are radically different (and milder).

So check this one with your doctor. You might actually been okay.

I've managed to get to some amazing mountain views through the years, thanks in part to my albuterol inhaler. :-)
