Total: 157.7 mi. IS THERE NO END TO THE CHETWOOD?
Also followed a 15 min. weight workout with the Yourself!Fitness on the PS2. Was pleased to discover that it switches out the exercises each time, even on the warmup segments. Haven't done it since last Wednesday, because of that whole FLOODED APARTMENT thing. Tried to do it on Saturday, when I dropped the weight on my foot and declared it a wash. Hopefully I can make this a M-W-F thing, but it's hard for me to establish a habit when I'm not doing it every day (hence why I'm trying to force myself to bike every day: otherwise I'll do what I did with the weights this past week).
