Add 15 minutes light weights on Yourself!Fitness, a game for the PS2 (among other platforms) that I got after reading a review of it somewhere on the intarwebs. I am such a geek. At any rate, what attracted me to it was that you could tailor your workout to days, length of time, and what you wanted to work on - weight loss, cardio, flexibility, core, upper body, or lower body, plus it asks you during the workout how hard it is for you and will tailor subsequent sessions to your answers. In order to make it a bit more gamelike, you can unlock more workout environments as you progress. :) At any rate, I wanted to start incorporating weight-bearing exercise, because the recumbent bike doesn't provide much, and it's weight-bearing exercise that strengthens your bones - something I'm concerned about, being lactose-intolerant. :) I'm also using the one that works on the arms because my legs get more of a workout on a daily basis, with stairs and walking and such. If I get bored, I'll switch to something else.

As of two sessions - the setup session where you figure out your heart rate, strength, and flexibility, plus this one - it's amusing so far.
