BPAL Inquisition!

I submitted to the BPAL Inquisition at the Black Phoenix Trading Post. My shirt and scent arrived today, and I got...



The Ecstasy of True Love. Patchouli, carnation, peach blossom, frankincense, honeysuckle, and Spanish mandarin. And a Hello Kitty valentine. In the bottle, I can barely smell the patchouli - I think it may be the carnation or honeysuckle coming through. On, there's a sour note at first, then it goes to a soft sort of fruity floral with an undercurrent of wood. Then after a while it goes to fruity-sour on me. I guess I was not meant to have True Love. :D

I think I may see if anyone on the comm would be up for trading True Love for Passion...

I have also looked through the BPAL communities and found that nobody's interested in True Love, all they want is Passion. Story of my life.

I will not give up my Passion, even for True Love! Hee, that just sounds so wrong.

Er, but actually, I'd be happy to decant some of my passion (heh heh heh) in trade for an imp in the amber or myrrh family. I plan to keep my bottle, so I'm not worried about affecting the level in it, and there's plenty of it for me.

Good luck getting Passion -- that seems to be the must-have of this bunch. I like the smell of my Infatuation quite a bit, but it fades on my skin too fast. :(

I rather like the sound of this one, if you're unable to offload it anywhere else. :-) Don't know if I've got anything in my collection that would interest you, though (I haven't been keeping up with the recent scents - the last thing I ordered was F5).
