Got back on the bike again for 10 minutes and did 2 miles. :D Partly because I forgot to exercise yesterday and partly because ... well, more is better. :) Once I got on and started cycling, my legs started complaining that they were tired, so I feel much better about the whole thing - I'm actually having some sort of effect. I usually like the muscle burn after woring out with weights, because it lets me know I've been doing something that had an effect, although it's probably a sign I've been doing a bit too much. I hadn't had anything like that with the bike, so it's nice to know that it's been working.
And I think my new bethroom scale is somewhat less than accurate - according to it, between 4 PM and 11 PM I lost 6 pounds, and the only difference between the two times was that I had removed my iPod for the second weighing. So, the news is in: iPods make you fat!
