Holy crap, Her Majesty's Dog was up for Best Manga?!

(Though it's totally going to be killed.... ahh well, a girl can dream right?)

I haven't the slightest idea what their nominating process was. :D

It's funny because after the fight I went through to get vol 5, I noticed that Borders had gotten 8 copies in...that was about two weeks ago - they had one left yesterday, so that shows it's at least growing in popularity, though next to something like Death Note.... SO SCREWED. XD

I voted a while ago so I had to go back and look at my results. Most of the categories I had only seen one thing in, so I was kind of stuck for answering. In the categories I had seen more then one, I was still stuck. His and Her Circumstances was nominated, and I really liked that show, until the popsicle stick episode and new non-ending arc. That and when did Akira fall under comedy? Anyways, my results ended up looking like this:
Crispin Freeman (Hellsing Ultimate, Noein, Revolutionary Girl Utena)
Luci Christian (Princess Tutu)
Johnny Yong Bosch (Akira)
Luci Christian (Desert Punk, Negima, Nerima Daikon Brothers)
Hellsing Ultimate
Kyo Kara Maoh!--God(?) Save Our King! Volume 4 w/Disc Book
Party Night (Di Gi Charat)
Tenchi Muyo OVA
Akira
Hellsing Ultimate
Princess Tutu
Fruits Basket

I had to think really hard between Princess Tutu and Fullmetal Alchemist, but in the end went with Fullmetal Alchemist, on the grounds that it gut-punched me harder than Tutu did. :)

At the time I voted I had not read any FMA, and had only caught an episode or two on Cartoon Network. Actually I got the first DVD from the library, but I still watched Tutu first. I guess I can't help it as I've always been more attracted to the girly stuff.
