I see two possibilities:

a) Yes. that's why he's so pissed off.

b) He made Gojyo ride the one with the sissy bar, which is why he's so pissed off in the original pic.

I think he's just pissed off because he's having to ride a *bike* in a *priestly robe*. I'd certainly be pissed-- ever tried biking in a skirt? And I hope he's got some really good foundational garments there, or OW.
