Interesting...
So I was looking at the Amazon.com page for the Japanese light novel Chain Mail: Addicted to You (English adaptation by our very own
rachelmanija), and noticed the People Who Bought Items Like This Also Bought list:
# Chain Mail Jewelry: Contemporary Designs from Classic Techniques by Terry Taylor
# Creative Silver Chains: 20 Dazzling Designs by Chantal L. Saunders
# Bead & Wire Art Jewelry by J. Marsha Michler
# Silver Threads: Making Wire Filigree Jewelry by Jeanne Rhodes-Moen
# Fabulous Woven Jewelry: Plaiting, Coiling, Knotting, Looping & Twining with Fiber & Metal (Lark Jewelry Book) by Mary Hettmansperger
Amazon, you have slightly missed the mark.
(I wonder if anyone who's bought any of the chainmail jewelry books has actually managed to buy this novel, and if so, did it confuse them? :D)
(ETA: P.S. if you can, please also click on this link to
rachelmanija's memoir All the Fishes Come Home to Roost, because I'm trying an experiment: a year or more ago I posted links to books by people on my friendslist, and all of a sudden Amazon started offering a special deal to people who bought two particular ones at the same time. On the off chance that it's because people were going and looking at them at the same time, I figured I'd do it again. In the spirit of experimentation, naturally.)

This has quite made my morning.

I misread the name of the list at first, and thought it was the People Who Bought This Also Bought list, which made me wonder if it was a trait of chainmail jewelry makers that they didn't read too closely. And then I read a little more closely and realized my mistake. XD

The novel seems to be wonderful, though. I'm eager to check it out!
