My neighbor is having another party. Loud music and people laughing and screaming and making noise. Last time it all shut down totally at 1 AM, but I may phone in a noise complaint at midnight - for some reason, I'm not as tolerant tonight as I was then.

ETA: Midnight, and the party, like, completely shut down. Huh.

Then they've got speakers set up at the window for the people-voice tracks and someone stationed at the door opening and shutting it. XD

I wouldn't be at all surprised. It's just odd that the woman next door, who spent a full year with no visitors that I know of, has suddenly had two parties in two months. Hm.

Maybe they saw this entry and decided to shut down before you made your complaint.

Which would of course mean that not only do your neighbors read your LJ, they do it as party entertainment. ("Hey, I'm getting bored--let's play the telophase Drinking Game! That always livens things up!")

People in my neighborhood like to do that too, and they always stop when I am about to grab the phone... at midnight.. on a worknight/schoolnight/shouldn'tbehavingapartythislate night
