Bat bat bat

Cute Overload is featuring a bat today. :)

I got to pet a Mexican freetail once. It was really soft, like rabbit fur.




P.S. Mello will never admit to not hating bats.

Bats are adorable. And that picture is socute! And Mello, there's no shame in not-hating bats. It's like hating baby seals. Who hates them? Nobody. I mean, really.

That is a very cute bat, but I think all bats are cute(ish) in their way, One of my tutors at university was studying fruit bats, and had a pet one that used to hang onto the front of her sweater, upside down, of course. It had lovely soft gingery fur.

Yeah, it gets full, and then they clear it out and it fills up again. XD They're apparently also several months behind on getting submissions posted.

That is an adorable image there. XD The only animals that my profs brought to work were dogs - my advisor had a Yorkie and another of the profs had a yellow Lab puppy.
