They both license and publish their own. I'd call them a small press - I think they sell primarily through mail-order and YuriCon (they grew up out of YuriCon).
I saw a yuri anthology in Borders the other day - didn't check to see who published it. It wasn't Yuri Monogatori, that I remember.
I am tempted, but I think we have enough on our plates for now. Though if we did a short yuri story, we could publish it as a twofer with Spindrift.
PS. Remind me to tell you about my dinner with the guy who used to be an editor at Marvel, who had worked with Rob Liefeld and others of his ilk. He thought you (bases on PBR) were very talented, by the way.
