Eesh, I hate Access. I'm trying to update the ENORMOUS list of serials for the library from the spreadsheet sent by the company who manages our serials subscriptions, and it's throwing an error claiming that it can't update the single journals (journals that we track individually direct from their publisher, that don't come in a package with other journals through an aggregator service) because it doens't have an explicit value for the identity column in the main table. As far as I can tell, the single journal entries are JUST LIKE all the other entries.

In ohter news, still more-or-less plugging away on the Rising Stars entry. Interesting developments have arisen that I Can't Talk About, although they're not as exciting as that makes it sound. Suffice it to say, it would be a bad idea for me to miss this deadline.
