The Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab is going live with a major update tomorrow, including the Carnival Diabolique. Chaos Theory III is remaining live until the 15th.
I'm toying with more decant circles. :D I can't quote prices for CD yet because I don't know how many bottles are in the Carnival this time, plus the Lab is raising prices finally, due to shipping and component price rises. The bottles are, I think, going to be $20 individually.
Chaos Theory is remaining at $15 each - I can't quote an exact price at the moment, since the Lab's site is down while they ready the update and I've forgotten what the shipping on 5 bottles would be, but I would think it would run about $4-5/imp, accounting for shipping from the Lab and from me to you and for decanting supplies, etc.
