Classical Manga

...no, not as in manga classics, but as in manga (ETA: or anime) about, in, or concerning Classical Greece or Rome. I've had a question from someone asking if I knew of any, and since I don't, I thought I'd throw the question out to the friendslist and see if you guys could come up with any.

There is this one about Alexander the Great? (http://www.shotopress.com/titles/golden_vine.html)
My friend Foxy did a comic about I think it was Emperor Nero and his pet eels? XD I don't know of any others off the top of my head.

I would have liked to have seen an anime or manga based on the Cambridge Latin Course stories of the slave of this one household, Grumio. Oh that Grumuio was such a silly lad! He stumbled into the family dining room one evening skunk drunk and thought the lion in the fresco on the wall was real and going to eat him! =D

For my final composition I wrote a story about how Grumio was given the choice whether or not Pompeii would be buried by the volcano and he was, again, drunk and got confused on the question and chose wrong.

Oh, Grumio. You silly lad.

A friend was doing one called "Companions: The League of Greek Boys" ... but her site (http://www.perevision.com/league/) appears to be down. ~_~

Saint Seiya? Maybe-kinda? Oh, and Sailor Moon!

I'm drawing a blank. You steal names from ancient Greece, you don't actually set stuff there! I mean, gosh.

Well, Reign has already been mentioned, and it's basically the only thing set there as far as I can tell. Stuff that uses Greek mythology is a bit more findable; in manga there's Bride of Deimos, which plays fast and loose with the myths but does use them, and in anime there's Melody of Oblivion, which gets mad props for using not only the major gods but also people like the Minotaur and Cybele. But I think that's actually all that I've heard of.

"Arion" was an anime movie, presumably based off a manga (it had that compressed feel to the plot), that had a lot of Classic Greek myth influence.

There was also an American manga a few years ago called Athena that wasn't bad. A little weird, but pretty much the ancient pantheon in modern or near-future.
