Anyway, I'd like to thank the approximately 413679316 people who forwarded me a copy of the announcement; I doubt I'd have geared up to send in an app if I hadn't gotten that many copies forwarded. XD

And now my "What sort of things should I write about?" post of a couple of weeks back makes much more sense now, doesn't it?

I thought about, a while from now when I've got a couple of current projects finished, seeing if there were any librarians out there who wanted to collaborate on an article addressing misconceptions or something to submit to one of the big journals. But hadn't thought any further than "That might be a nice idea..."

That really is wonderful and I too took awhile to find the column. Congratulations! I think you can really teach people a lot, there's enough focus on "drawing in manga style" art tutorials already. All the best!

Thank you! :D Yeah, I hope to focus on stuff that you just don't see in most how-to books and tutorials. But also have stuff that's not just how-to-do-it for the poeple who aren't interested in making it themselves, but want to know more about the manga world in general.

Thanks! As far as I can tell, there's nothing useful at the moment. You can sign up for an RSS feed for my profile page, which seems exceptionally useful :/, but not the column. Hm.

Hee! :D I just phoned my grandfather and gave him very specific instructions on how to get there, along with the warning that he'll have to lie down for a few minutes after the site loads to recover from the site design.
