Once you get to the end of the bit that surrounds that - and you'll know it because you'll be going "YEAAAAAHHH!" I'll dig up and send you the link to this funny summary that my icon comes from - about a year and a half ago, someone on a web board had watched all the anime there was to that point, which was right at the end of the chuunin exam and the Konoha destruction, and wanted to start reading the manga, which was much farther advanced. So someone helpfully summarized it. XD
