Cepheids unite!...

...well, with a lot of arguing and histronics and so on, but that's as per usual for the group.

Some of you know, and most of you don't, about the SF club at Texas A&M that I and a bunch of my friends were/are* in, called Cepheid Variable. A couple of years ago they lost funding from the university, but managed to do pretty darn good for themselves.

(Of course when I was in charge of the Charity Auction, we donated more than $1500 to Scotty's House... XD)

* Old Cepheids never die. They just move to Dallas.

Ahhh...excellent. Reminds me very much of the Science Fiction Forum (http://sf4m.org) of my youth. (Though in our case, old 4Mites never die--unless they move to Boston.)
