I put up another BPAL sale over here. :D


(As you can tell, I have internet access back - it was, as I figured, me being stupid. I accidentally hit the STANDBY button on the modem. Ah well. I managed to make the tech support chick giggle a lot - I think she was punch-drunk from stupid lusers all day or something.)

d00d, the last time I called in, the problem was that one of my cables was loose, and I was mightily embarassed that I'd forgotten to check the cables before calling in. This time I triple-checked the cables before calling, but didn't even think about the standby button.

Months ago, I was deeply confused when the media player on my computer suddenly lost its sound. I went crazy trying to fix it, but couldn't figure out what was wrong. After several weeks, I finally realized I had accidentally hit the 'mute' button somehow. Yeah. I r smrt! XD

I once had a moniter go completely black on me. I thought the laptop screen had been damaged, and was panicking--until I realized that the cat had walked all over the keyboard, and then sat on the button that turns down the brightness.
