Reason for stopping: it's 9:30, I've toned for 8.5 hours today, I haven't eaten dinner, and I have to do laundry or the massive pile of dirty clothes will take over my room. It's already taken over the closet.

:D I was really, really hoping to get 4 more done today, but I stopped at 6 to take a shower, take the trash out, and get my mail, and wasn't able to force myself to get back to it until 8. I know that if I get distracted like that, it's a haul to get back into whatever I was doing. Much as an object at rest prefers to remain at rest, a telophase at rest also prefers to stay at rest.
