The Matrix one I adore, in spite of - or maybe because of - it being less about consistently paralleling the Matrix trailer and more about displaying the utter coolness of Naruto, which it does using well-chosen clips from a really wide range of episodes.
Ninja in the Night, on the other hand, killed me ded. Do you have any more recommendations? My AMV collection is sadly lacking.

Naruto's Technique Beat is more about displaying the utter coolness of "Naruto" through the looking at the utter coolness of some of the babyninjas' specific attacks. It has also helped me remember attack names!
Naruto's World is about Naruto/Sakura/Sasuke and is beautiful; very special-effects heavy but they're used well. It's my favorite Naruto vid.
Happiness is no longer available on AMV.org so I've uploaded it; it starts out a little rough and then turns into this bittersweet at all of the babyninja family of Konoha. Second favorite Naruto vid.
