As of this moment, I've got 37 posts in the International Saiyuki Week Roundup in my memories.

If you run across any, let me know! I've been archiving (wrong word, really, but I can't think of a better) ones with any content more than just announcing the week and changing the icon - the idea I'm working off of is posts that someone might want to show up later and read, or look at art, or whatever.

Maybe once the week dribbles to a close (although, really, isn't every week really International Saiyuki Week at heart?), I'll post an official post with a roundup like the medblog world's Grand Rounds.

'Maybe' being the operative word here.

Mmm, I'm really loving the chance to read all these essays and join in the discussion with people I might not have otherwise met. I've started to collect up my own ISW memories, but I keep forgetting to add new ones or go back and add older ones, so yours will be very helpful.

In celebration of International Saiyuki Week, cephy offered to do fic-by-request here (http://cephy.livejournal.com/53765.html) and posted resulting drabbles and ficlets here (http://cephy.livejournal.com/54398.html) and here (http://cephy.livejournal.com/54664.html) so far.

Then nekonexus followed that version of the meme, with offer to write on request made here (http://nekonexus.livejournal.com/191155.html), and resulting fics here (http://nekonexus.livejournal.com/191423.html) (specific to one of his reinc-fic au's), and here (http://nekonexus.livejournal.com/191547.html) so far.

I still plan on posting my own thoughts! This week has been defeating me, though, and when I do get a chance to sit at the computer and type out thoughts, it's usually in reply to someone else's posts. But yes, every week is really International Saiyuki Week at heart. ^_^
