I still have yet to see any Japanese live action movie based off manga. (does Battle Royale count?) Hopefully this will be pulled off well.

I think BR was first a novel, then a movie, then a manga. I've seen Crying Freeman and Boogiepop and Others, although now that I think about it, I think B&O was a novel, then an anime, then a movie and may never have been a manga.

I saw part of the first episode of the Chinese live-action Peach Girl TV show. :D

Peach Girl was made into a TV show? Can't picture a Chinese girl playing a kogal though. :b

Yup. I can't tell about what Momo looked like, since my copy was weirdly color-shifted and everyone looked blue. :D
