In vial: Hm. A sort of cool, forbidding scent on top, must the be dragon's blood. It smells familiar, sort of like wet concrete, or something I'm associated with the home of friends of my grandparents.

Wet: The dragon's blood scent starts fading some, but still has a breath of wet concrete or whatever.

Dry: The amber comes out some, but doesn’t hide the dragon's blood enough.

Notes: The cat is running around insanely and doesn’t want to sniff. This is not doing anything for me. Off to the swap pile!
