BPAL description: From the LE - Yule 2005 collection. Magus, toymaker, and Godfather to Klara. An enigmatic man, seemingly somewhat sinister, but bearing a gentle air and a sincere love for children. This scent is dignified, refined, but dark, and hints towards esoteric mysteries and the secrets that tie mechanics to magick. Pipe smoke, sweet leather, woods and linen.

In vial: Leather top note that makes me vaguely ill, with cherry pipe tobacco and woods.

Wet: Wood, with faint hints of the cherry pipe tobacco.

Dry: Wood. A hint of leather and the pipe tobacco alternately coming out a little bit, but barely.

Notes: The cat is busy staring out the wondow at absolutely nothing, and only gave my wrist a perfunctory sniff. Overall, interesting and not as horrid as I'd feared when I smelled it in the bottle, but not me. Seeing as how I bought it off eBay as a present for a friend, this is Good, because it means I don't have to wrestle with my conscience over whther I want to keep it nor not.

ZOMG THE NUTCRACKER AND THE MOUSE KING! Err...sorry, I have a strange fondness for this story, I am most curious to see what their 'leather' smell is like.

The leather in this one isn't bad. It usually makes me sick to my stomach. :D
