Considering I forsee moving several more times before I get a house or some other semipermanent place, and I may even move this fall when my lease is up, I'd prefer not to cut holes in my furniture for temporary problems.

Plus, that means I wouldn't be able to put stuff on the shelf in front of it, and my bookcases get packed, since I'm a pack rat.
