Things that evoke fond memories
* The sight of a man in glasses holding a stuffed rabbit
* A platter of scones, served with runny lemon curd
* Echoes of the word "SKAAAAAAAAAANK!" here and there on LiveJournal
* A pair of damp pants draped carelessly over a halogen lamp

A platter of scones, served with runny lemon curd
I can make that now!! My lemon curd is runny too! (this means you should visit me again so I can feed you!)

There was a River Parade a few years back, when King Antonio took his cape off while still half-way through the parade. One of his aides unwittingly placed it over a halogen light.
At the end of the parade, the Aide picked up the cape before disembarking from the King's Cruiser. And charred right through its center was a black-ringed hole, perfectly round in the shape of the light.
Well, the King had some explaining to do when he went to take the costume in.
