No deadline. We'll be printing more than just the pre-orders, so if you wait until it's printed you'll easily be able to get one.

Argh! I too owe you for this, but forgot in the heat of vast computer problems (both my home and work computer died in agony, and I was internet-intermittent for weeks). That's 9.99 USD, right? Does it include postage or is that more to Ireland?
