BPAL Snow Moon

Are five of you interested in trying out this month's BPAL Lunacy scent, Snow Moon?

In December, the skeletal, ice-rimmed fingers of winter take hold, and the nights are long, chill and dark. The first flurries of snow touch the land, and the earth itself becomes quiet. A scent of purity and silence, soft with falling snow, as dark as Midwinter: an icy flurry over the winter blooms of narcissus, pansy crocus, dahlia, tulip, chrysanthemum and white rose, with a hint of fir and birch.

I went ahead and splurged on a bottle, but I've got decanting supplies and if five of you want imps, I'll order another one and decant them. $5 will cover the imp, decanting, and shipping. :) Can't think about it too long - it's only available to order for about 24 hours (well, ok, this month it's up for closer to 48, but stilll...), so I need yer $5 ASAP.

I was looking at Pink Phoenix but then I saw the sweet pea and was like, "DAMN YOU, SOAPY FLORALS!" *sniffs* Otherwise, it sounded lovely.

I'm wearing Love in the Asylum right now, and I think I've actually found a rose that works on me and doesn't turn into old-lady rose.

I may join one of the decant circles for the other updates - the Phoenix ones don't enthuse me, but I'm curious about Despair, Puck, Sepulcher, and Three Witches. Lex Talonis has vetiver and I've yet to find something with vetiver that I like.

Three Witches is a nice blend. I remember thinking it was a bit too strong for me, but it was nice.

...and still no sign of my Pumpkin Patch. I keep attacking my mailbox for any sign of the box, but alas!

Sure. :D CC or non-CC?* I'll wait on asking for the money until I get a few more people who say they want to go in on it - I've got until tomorrow to order it, and I don't ahve to ahve the money first since it's only one bottle. :D


* My premier Paypal account takes out a percentage from *every* transaction, so I reserve it for people wh have to use their credit card through Paypal. I've got a personal account for non-cc transactions.

Count me in. I'm not so big on the florals, but maybe it'll make my apartment smell pretty. :)

Oh, and I'll hafta use CC Paypal because my bank has been getting all horsey...long story.

Sweet, no prob. :D I'm not going to ask anyone to kick in the Paypal fees this time, since it's such a small amount of money (like $2 total to me if all five do CC paypal), but if I ever get into the groove of a large decant circle, I'll do it. :D

I'll let you know when I want the moolah. small unmarked bills taped behind the ductwork in the men's restroom at Grand Central Station, as per usual.
