Tea!

I got six new (to me) black teas from the New Mexico Tea Company and brought three of them up to work today. I'm about to make a cup of one of them, and will keep which one it is a secret for now to create some totally unnecessary suspense, but I figured it was time for a poll on which one of these three you'd be most interested in hearing about.

The link goes to the page on the website, so you can read a fuller description, and the quoted material is what's on the bag itself. They're all black tea because for the most part I don't like flavored or herbal teas, being boring that way.

I'm looking for a Nepali tea to replace the Golden Nepal that Upton used to sell, which was not like the version they sell now.

The old Golden Nepal was a fairly tippy tea, and while it had a hint of the raisiny-ness that good Assams have it was a medium body tea, not tannic. Very well balanced and a perfect morning-long sipping tea.

I have received teas that were described as "tippy" lately that are definitely not tippy as I understand that, so I believe there are production issues (natural or man-made), and that also possibly some less-experienced buyers are not getting the best quality teas that they suppose they are.
